Fortunate Families Card Game Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Harding Financial Ltd, The Estate Yard, East Shalford Lane, Guildford, GU4 8AE, United Kingdom. Harding Financial Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with firm reference number 555911.

2. Eligibility

In playing our Fortunate Families Spin To Win game, you are provided with an opportunity to enter our Free Prize Draw. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. Younger players may take part only under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian, who must submit any entry on their behalf. Employees of Harding Financial, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded. Entries must be made in a personal capacity; group, syndicate or automated submissions are not permitted.

3. No purchase necessary

Playing Fortunate Families and entering the prize draw costs nothing. Playing creates no obligation to purchase Harding services.

4. How to enter

Play the game and complete a Prize Draw Entry form. Each validated form counts as one entry in the currently open prize draw. See our schedule of draws, above. You may enter multiple times per draw, but you may only fill out one Prize Draw Entry form for each game you play.

5. Prizes

For each draw, there are advertised prizes. See our schedule of draws, above. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and no cash alternative will be offered. If circumstances beyond our control require us to vary a prize, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection and notification

A randomised draw, observed by an independent person, will take place within ten working days of each prize draw closing date. Entries eligible for the draw will consist of entries to this Spin To Win game, as well as our connected Fortunate Families Card Game, and the same open draw is used to identify prize-winners of the two games. The Prize pool should therefore be considered shared, and therefore each can be won once by entrants of either game. Winners will be contacted using their provided phone number and/or email address provided within five working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days we will redraw once and keep doing so until the prize is claimed by an entrant within their 14 day window. We may conduct verification checks (see below) to make sure winners are eligible for the prize (see below).

7. Verification

We may request proof of age and identity. Harding’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Liability and fairness

Harding is not responsible for entries lost, corrupted or delayed, or for network or technical failures. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

9. Data protection

Harding Financial Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you provide. We process your data to run the promotion (legitimate interests) and, if you opt in, to send you marketing communications (consent). Data is stored on secure UK/EU servers and retained for 12 months after the final prize is fulfilled, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may withdraw consent or exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) by emailing [email protected]. 13. Governing law and complaints

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
