About Me

A career in financial services was never part of my plan! My early career was in retail management working with some great high street brands, but I decided after nearly 10 years of the long hours and commuting that I wanted to enjoy a ‘regular’ 2 day weekend, get out more and have fun in my 20’s! I joined a large vehicle leasing company as client co-ordinator looking after some of their prestige clients and quickly adapted to a 9-5 Monday to Friday job. I stumbled into the financial services industry when I moved to Manchester in 2002 and was offered a great opportunity within a large Corporate Commercial Insurance Company. I worked across the regional offices and teams and was soon promoted to Account Executive where I worked in the Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol regional offices looking after a variety of insurance brokers and networks. Several years later I returned to my hometown of Swindon, and moved into employee benefits joining a growing financial services business which brought many opportunities and promotions. The business evolved and was later bought by a large corporate, however it sadly lost its customer focus and so after 11 years it was time to move on.

I love employee benefits and I'm so excited to be back in an industry that is rapidly evolving it’s client offering and with a company that is constantly looking at ways to improve their customers experience and outcomes.

As I look towards the future

I’m really excited to work alongside my corporate colleagues and the wider business to build on our service proposition. To widen and enhance the services we provide our clients and future clients, enabling them to meet their business objectives and look after their employees.

At the weekend you’ll find me

With my daughter, partner, our lab, friends and family out and about exploring! Perhaps a town, city or just somewhere beautiful - walking, eating out and enjoying a good glass of wine or a mojito! Or we’ll be at home planning our next renovation project or family adventure! On the odd occasion I'm home alone, I'll have my head stuck in a book or be binge watching Netflix!
