Harding Financial Charity Golf Day – Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions

In Support of: Shooting Star Children’s Hospice

1. Event Overview

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to the terms set out below for Harding Financial’s Charity Golf Day (“the Event”). The Event includes access to the West Surrey Golf Course, clubhouse, practice facilities, and planned catering as communicated prior to the event.

2. Pricing, Payments & Ticketing

The cost of attending the Event is as advertised at the time of purchase.
Payment is required in full at the point of ticket purchase.
Ticket purchases are non-transferable without prior agreement from Harding Financial Ltd.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 If Harding Financial Cancels the Event

If the Event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., course closure, safety issues, adverse weather), West Surrey Golf Course will provide an alternative date. Ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the new date at no additional cost.

3.2 If a Ticket Holder Cancels

Due to the charitable nature of the Event, individual ticket cancellations are non‑refundable.

4. Changes to the Event

Harding Financial reserves the right to:

Amend the event schedule, activities, or catering if needed.

Make adjustments in response to operational or safety requirements.

Where possible, changes will be communicated to attendees in advance.

5. Weather Policy

If adverse weather results in course closure or conditions deemed unsafe for play, West Surrey Golf Course will offer an alternative date.

Ticket holders may transfer to the rescheduled date at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered in these circumstances.

6. Attendee Conduct

All attendees must:

Comply with West Surrey Golf Club’s rules, dress code and standards of behaviour.

Conduct themselves respectfully towards club staff, volunteers, Harding Financial representatives, and fellow attendees.

The Club reserves the right to refuse access or remove individuals not meeting these standards.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.

All players must follow course safety instructions and signage.

8. Catering

Catering arrangements are included as part of the Event.

Dietary requirements must be provided in the booking form or emailed to Heath Marker, [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the event.

9. Damage & Behaviour

While there is no formal damage policy, attendees are expected to show a high standard of behaviour and respect for the venue, facilities, and equipment.
Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse may be chargeable.
10. Marketing, Photography & Filming

By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed during the Event.
Harding Financial and West Surrey Golf Course may use these images for marketing, social media and post-event communications.
Attendees who do not wish to be photographed must notify event staff on arrival.

11. Minimum Numbers

The Event is planned for 80 participants. Should minimum numbers not be reached, Harding Financial reserves the right to adjust the Event format.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

You agree to comply with them fully.

You accept that these terms may be updated prior to the Event where necessary, and any changes will be communicated.
